Mission Statement: The mission of the North Coast Substance Abuse Council is to give hope, choice, and freedom so that individuals, families and our community will no longer be destroyed by substance abuse. North Coast Substance Abuse Council, Inc. (N.C.S.A.C., Inc.) offers a broad continuum of alcohol and drug abuse treatment services. N.C.S.A.C.'s major programs are comprised of the Crossroads Residential Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facility, with its Aftercare Program, and North Coast Substance Abuse Council Out Services Program. It is our dream that each individual who comes to us asking for help will be treated with dignity and respect. That they will encounter an intervention that will provide all that they need to reach their goal of a clean and sober life.
