Psycho-Educational Groups:
Many topics will be covered from different perspectives.
Examples -Addiction - Anger Management - Setting Healthy Boundaries
- Setting Healthy Goals - Relapse Prevention - Pain Management - How to
Build A Support Network - Healthy Communication.
Process groups:
Will be geared partially to issues covered in the educational groups,
partially driven by recovery issues that surface. Many of the topics
covered in the psyco-educational groups will be dealt with in a more
personal manner through this process.
